Michael Murray has been assisting contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, equipment lessors and sureties collect from their customers for over a decade in California and Arizona. His practice has a particular emphasis on credit collection, mechanics liens, stop payment notices, payment bonds and surety subrogation. In addition to his robust litigation and collection work, Michael also drafts, reviews and negotiates complex construction contracts and credit agreements for many of his clients.
